1. HOW TO ENTER

Complete and submit the sign up form above to join our mailing list and be entered to win a free one hour Swedish or Deep Tissue massage in the form of a $55 gift card at Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage and/or one year of free massages (one per month) in the form of a $600 gift card. Prize will be given in gift card format in the amount of the price of one Swedish or Deep Tissue massage or 12 Swedish or Deep Tissue massages. Entrants must complete and submit the form to join our mailing list by midnight the day before the drawing to be eligible. The drawing for the $55 gift card will be held the last Monday of every month at 12 p.m. pacific time. The drawing for the $600 gift card will be held on May 5th of every year at 12 p.m. THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN AND MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

The following giveaway is intended for participation in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this drawing if you are not a legal resident of the United States, or if you are a legal resident of the United States and you do not fall within the eligibility requirements set forth in the official rules on this page.

2. DETAILS

By submitting the form above, you agree to join our mailing list and you will be automatically entered into a random monthly and annual drawing for a free $55 and/or $600 gift card at Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage. If you do not wish to participate, please contact us and we will remove you from the drawing.

This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The winner will be notified via email and on the Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage Twitter page. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during the three (3) business days from Happy Head Massage’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. If any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years old and over as of the date of entry. Employees of Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage and each of its respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agencies (collectively, the “Affiliates”) are not eligible to participate in the drawing and/or win a Prize. Additionally, relatives of such employees are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this drawing, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren. In addition, you are not eligible to participate or win a Prize in this drawing if you have been involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this drawing.

4. WINNERS / PRIZES

One (1) Prize will be awarded for each drawing. Each monthly drawing for the $55 gift card occurs once a month and will be held the last Monday of every month at 12pm pacific time. Each annual drawing for the $600 gift card occurs once a year on May 5th at 12pm pacific time. No transfer, cash equivalent or Prize substitution allowed, except at Happy Head Massage’s sole discretion. Happy Head Massage may require winner(s) to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if a US resident) (as more fully discussed below). Decisions made by Happy Head Massage are final in all matters, including interpretation of these official rules and awarding of the Prize. If legitimately claimed, the Prize will be awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are each winner’s sole responsibility.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries.

6. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

All drawing winners, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Happy Head Massage. Except where prohibited by law, by entering a drawing, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Happy Head Massage without additional compensation. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except where prohibited by law, consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the drawing. In connection therewith, all entrants grant full permission and consent to Happy Head Massage to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and hereby release Happy Head Massage from all liability related thereto.

Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if a U.S. resident) within five (5) days of receipt of Prize or prize may will be forfeited. All Prize claims and winner materials will be verified by drawing judges. If this drawing is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Happy Head Massage’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the drawing, Happy Head Massage reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this drawing and Happy Head Massage can perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the drawing. Winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Happy Head Massage from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. Happy Head Massage does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any Prize will forfeit the Prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The drawing shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any action by entrant or any third party brought to enforce these rules or, in connection with any matters related to Happy Head Massage shall be brought only in either the State or Federal Courts located in San Diego County, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. Each entrant further agrees to not knowingly: damage or cause interruption of the drawing; prevent others from using the drawing; or obtain or modify another user’s non-public account information without their consent. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of an agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules
