Throughout the years, you’ve made Happy Head Massage what it is today and you’re shaping what it will be in the future. And for that, we thank you. We know not enough wellness establishments acknowledge and appreciate their clients. Recently we visited a business that was rude on the phone, made us waste half our day in the waiting room, didn’t listen to what we had to say…and then grabbed our cash and rushed us out the door.
That’s just sad. Some businesses are struggling but that’s still NO excuse. So we’re writing this letter to personally let you know that we are not like that and to say:

You will NOT be herded in and out of our office like cattle. You will NOT just be another dollar bill that walks in and out of our facility. You will be treated the way we like to be treated when we visit a wellness provider. You have become an extended member of the Happy Head family.
Because of our numerous happy customers, we’ve been able to focus our attention on keeping our existing customers extra happy while eliminating the need for marketing to obtain new customers.
